OWTNM 2013
Oral presentations

For oral presentations a PC will be available in the lecture hall, running Microsoft Windows 7, MS-Office 2010 / PowerPoint 2010, and a .pdf-reader (Adobe Acrobat X, 10.1.4), or more recent versions of the software. All authors are kindly asked to upload their presentations to that computer prior to their session, typically via memory stick. Please check your presentation files for inclusion of all necessary ingredients (fonts, animations, etc.).

Authors may supply their own computers as well, e.g. in case special features are required. Nevertheless, with a view to potential problems with equipment compatibility and to resulting delays, this is not recommended.

Time slots of 15min are allocated for contributed talks, including 10min for the actual presentation plus 5min for discussion. Invited speakers are asked to conclude their presentation after 20min, and reserve the last 10 min of their 30min time slots for questions from the audience.

We ask all speakers to briefly contact their chairperson prior to their session.

Poster presentations

Boards of at least A0-portrait size (width 85cm, height 119cm) will be available for the poster presentations. Pins or respective adhesive material will be provided.

Authors may attach their posters after registration before the start of the first session on Friday morning. Posters can remain on display until the end of the workshop on Saturday afternoon.

We kindly ask all presenters to attend to their posters during the time allocated for the poster session on Friday afternoon.

Online versions (optional)

All authors are invited to make electronic versions of their presentations (.pdf files of sheets / posters; alternatively the URLs of the respective files on the authors homepage) available during the workshop. These files are allowed to deviate from the actual sheets / posters shown at the workshop, i.e. you may choose to omit details that should not become fully public, or to add material that did not fit into your time slot / onto your poster sheet. We'll then link these to the related entries in the online technical program after the conference.
